I am a philosopher who moonlights as an internal communicator.

I was about three when I had my life semi-worked out. While at that age, and for many years afterwards, I lacked the words to string together a title to describe my aspirations and motivations, I had a clear sense of the possibility that existed around me. Whether it was painting my parent’s brand new Mazda 626 the same shade of pink as my freshly painted bedroom walls, nursing broken birds back to life in shoeboxes under my bed, or chasing unicorns through the pineapple patches in our backyard, the world has always been a blank canvas for me to colour with the brushes of my experiences, ideas, thoughts, and the awesome people I meet.

I bring the same boundless creativity and leadership to internal communications. I am not a traditional communicator. I am a philosopher by trade, and my success in communications is rooted in my understanding of human nature and how people connect with the world around them. A born storyteller, I understand how a clear and coherent narrative can connect people and give them a sense of passion, place, and purpose.
